A walk in the forest
We drove to the forest today and stopped at the parking lot (irony of the times).
The howling winds travelled down the snow capped peaks, through several valleys, just to freeze us. I’m always stunned by the beauty of the Himalayas. My skills aren’t good enough (yet) to capture the the majestic mountains on a 35mm lens.

These tall trees engulfed us throughout the trail, and we were very lucky to spot a musk deer. I recently came across the Japanese term Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing. It’s a beautiful phrase. After that walk, it made perfect sense.
